Man Gets Injured As Police Attempt to Arrest Him

On Saturday May 3,2014 a man was injured as he was fleeing from officers near the Children’s Hospital on 20th street and Thomas Road.

As the man stood up after he was shot, the man began to throw rocks at the officers. He then ran away again.

Some later Officers that arrived to the scene found the man near Yale and 17th Street. He did not go easily, he resisted the new officers as well. The fight required more officers to respond to the scene. Luckily the Officers got control of the situation and took the man into custody.
