California Criminal Defense Law Firm Uses the Pelman Method
Ulises Ferragut has been admitted to practice law in the State of Arizona, the United States Federal District Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr Ferragut has successfully litigated hundreds of criminal cases over the past two decades in numerous courtrooms throughout Arizona. His reputation as a tough, aggressive, and highly experienced fighter in the courtroom evolves from his military background.
Mr. Ferragut is a former United States Marine Corps Officer who knows how to fight and win and he will fight for you!
In 2004 Ulises Ferragut filed a lawsuit on behalf of inmates at the Maricopa County Jail who’s rights were being violated by the Sheriff’s Office. Mr. Ferragut successfully sued the Sheriff’s Office for placing non-security video cameras in non-public areas of the Madison Street Jail that continuously broadcast images over the internet of inmates as they were searched, fingerprinted, booked, slept and even as they used the bathroom. Mr. Ferragut successfully obtained a Preliminary Injunction against the Sheriff’s Office in Federal District Court. The Sheriff’s Office filed an appeal to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and ultimately the United States Supreme Court challenging the Federal District Court’s order to take down the cameras. Mr. Ferragut and his legal team successfully defeated the Sheriff’s Office at both the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court and the cameras were permanently removed.
